Any Higher than two Sleepers, The posts for 3, 4 and 5 High are 75mm thick, Compared to the Standard Sleepers of 60 mm thick. These are concreted in a 400mm Hole, the Depths Vary from 550mm to 850mm, Depending on height of wall.
Any walls over 950mm high, you would use a steel Universal Beam (H Beam) as posts and slide the sleepers into the Beam.
